Forty-Six Fuzzy Days!

Our little Fuzz-Fuzz adventure officially launched on 1 September 2021, with books appearing on the shelves of a few select bookshops.
46 Whirlwind days later, and so much has already happened for our little brand and cast of happy characters.
The Fuzz-Fuzz is now officially available nationwide in all major retailers, including Bargain Books and Exclusive Books. And if you can't find your copy on the shelf…go ask for it by name!
46 days later, South Africa knows about the Wallah-wallah-bing-bang, the Trip Trap, and the Banana Bird! And also knows the colour of See-saw-how's-your-ma.
We shipped off our first international packages, with the Fuzz-Fuzz now being spotted in Arizona, Texas and Alabama. Soon to follow is Mauritius.
Our book has been welcomed into some top South African junior school libraries, namely Grey Junior School, Clarendon Junior School and Theodore Herzl in Port Elizabeth, and two libraries overseas. The feedback from all has been absolutely fantastic! The librarians and teachers report that the children literally laugh out loud and become totally engaged and immersed in the silly world and sounds. Proving, of course, that no one is too cool for school, and reading and imagination is absolutely fabulous!
We added games and stickers to our merchandise offering that continue the fun of the book with its whimsical characters. And watch this space…because there is more coming, very, very soon-soon!
The Fuzz-Fuzz also had a busy month with the launch of #wheresthefuzzfuzz social game. He's even been seen at the Netcare Greenacres Hospital Paediatric Ward where several little people were just so happy to see The Fuzz-Fuzz's cheerful smile and orange fuzziness!

All you have to do is print out the free activity, colour it in, snap a photo somewhere fun or different, and post it, using the hashtag: #wheresthefuzzfuzz. Don't forget to tag our Facebook and Instagram pages and tell us your little person's age and where you're from. You can find the activity here.
The Fuzz-Fuzz also made a turn past Animal Welfare Society Port Elizabeth and did a little fundraising there for those animals less fortunate than himself. There are so many beautiful dogs and cats looking for homes. He says spreading the warm, fuzzy love is super awesome. If you can't adopt, foster. If you can't foster. Network, network, network! Getting involved in the smallest way can make the biggest difference!
So, according to the Fuzz-Fuzz's diary, the takeaway from this month is that it's great to be busy, but make certain you make sure to make time to read!!
