Return Policy

  • Merchandise must be returned within 30 days.
  • Merchandise must not be worn, altered, or washed.
  • Merchandise must have all tags attached and be returned in original packaging.
  • Merchandise returned without the original security tag, or a damaged security tag, may result in a delayed refund or may not qualify for a refund.
  • Footwear must include the original shoe box in its original condition, without postal Shoe box fees are charged when footwear is returned in a damaged shoe box, or without the original shoe box.
  • Please Note: Shipping and handling charges are not Packages that arrive COD may be denied, or the COD amount may be deducted from your return.
  • Final Sale items may not be returned.
  • The Fuzz-Fuzz monitors account activity and reserves the right to refuse transactions, assess fees, and/or close accounts based on order or returns behavior.

International Returns (Not yet Applicable)

  1. Complete the return form included in your order and securely repackage your Cover or remove any original mailing address label or carrier bar codes from package. NOTE: When returning footwear, do not use your shoe box as your shipping box.

  2. Place the return form from your original invoice on the outside of your package, along with your customs document, to expedite delivery.

  4. Ship your package using a trackable, insured shipping The Fuzz-Fuzz cannot accept responsibility for packages we do not ship. Please keep the tracking details for your records.

  5. You will receive an email once your return has been Please allow 5 business days from the time we receive your return for it to be processed.

    Refunds And Processing Time
    If your package arrives at The Fuzz-fuzz within the 30-day timeline specified above, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within 5 business days. You will be notified via email when this transaction has taken place. NOTE: Your bank may need extra time to process a refund after receiving the information from The Fuzz-Fuzz. 

    Need A Different Size / Colour:
    In order to serve you most efficiently, we do not offer merchandise exchanges. Instead, you’ll get the right size or color fastest if you simply place a second order. Once we receive your return, we’ll credit your account.

    You may return to us any product (including personalised products or products otherwise excluded from the cancellation/return rights above) that is damaged, defective or where we have delivered a product to you in error. You must indicate on the delivery form or on the invoice the reason for returning the product. Once we have confirmed that a product is damaged or defective, or was delivered in error, we will refund you the price paid for the product, plus your original delivery costs (except where you are returning only some products from an order) and the cost of returning the product to us.

    Please note: We reserve the right to refuse to refund or exchange products that are returned to us that are not in a resalable condition.

    The safety of our fulfillment associates is imperative. Consistent with CDC guidelines, we have implemented numerous new safety and social distancing practices. As we integrate these new practices and adjust to shifts in order demand, you may experience shipping delays. We will keep you informed of any delivery impacts, and update your delivery date accordingly.
